Returns and Refund
If any there are any requests returns for exchange or refunds of any items purchased through Te Korowai Aroha please contact us within 7 days from receiving the product, a Purchase Return Number (PRN) is needed before this can be processed.
We aim to give the best service towards the satisfaction of all our customers to be 100% happy with all their purchases.
If you are not happy, let us know. In most cases we can arrange for a full refund for any goods returned to us at your expense..
If the item has been damaged in transit to you, we need to know within 7 days of receipt. We will get New Zealand Post to contact you regarding making a claim for the damage.
If you would like to organise a product to be returned, please contact us admin@tekorowaiaroha.co.nz with your PRN, item to be returned, and the reason why.
Refunds and Conditions

We recommend insuring the parcel, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping back to us. Te Korowai Aroha is not responsible for payment of any duties or GST for the return of parcels.
If you believe the item to be faulty, we reserve the right to check the item here at Te Korowai Aroha before issuing a full refund, so you must return the item, we will make it right with either a suitable replacement or full refund.
We will complete the refund or exchange as soon as possible after the returned item has been received. Allow 2 weeks for your item to arrive back here, and a week for processing of your refund.
The guarantee only applies to purchases made online.
